Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your DOG OWNED order. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know that you wish to return it.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return your item.

Returns

Items should be returned unused, unworn and in their original condition. You may inspect or try on an item as you would in a shop.

Unless an item is faulty or we have made a mistake with your order, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund as soon as possible and within 14 days.

Your refund will be made to your original payment method.

Where applicable, we will also refund the cost of our standard delivery option. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded or express delivery service is not refundable.

Personalised & Custom-Made Items

Items made or personalised specifically for you cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact dogowned@hotmail.com with your order details and photographs where appropriate.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
